The Thirteen Days of Christmas

Wait a minute—the thirteen days of Christmas? The charmingly frightful hero of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas turns a beloved holiday carol on its head and the result is monstrously fun! A partridge in a pear tree and two turtle doves just won’t do for Jack Skellington’s one ghoul love, but a star for a fortune-card tree and two true-love potions will! Join Jack, Sally and their fellow citizens of Halloween Town as they celebrate this most festive time of the year as only they know how in this chilling holiday picture-book featuring ghoulishly lovely illustrations from Disneyland’s and Walt Disney World’s Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction. It’s the perfect treat for fans of the “Pumpkin King”! (Ages 6-9)

A Fun Book
February 20, 2010

It seems natural that the denizens of Halloween would have their own version of the Twelve Days of Christmas. This one is a lot of fun and my daughters -- fourteen and seven -- really enjoyed the book. It's a great addition to the library of Nightmare Before Christmas fans.

Fun!

The kids were thrilled to get this on St. Nick's Eve from the elves! Creepy and cute spin on the "Twelve Days of Christmas" theme with characters my kids love. Reading it out loud is now a part of our holiday traditions. Only wish it was longer!

Not just for ages 6-9

The whole family enjoyed this book. I bought it for the 7-year old, but even the "big kids" enjoyed reading (or singing) it. A great addition to the Nightmare Before Christmas story.
