I am reading these reviews to see if I would like to order this book. I was taken back a little by the comments. I am a strong Roman Catholic Christian and did read all four books. I am a mother of three. One being a female tween. I do think there are certain ages for reading these books. Older is better with the tween scene. And I am not an advocate of any female complete losing herself for another person, and I'll add in that Edward not having a soul is something that needs to be understood with what that means and the relationship to God for both characters, also, in the last book even though they are married, it's not fine that Bella is okay about bruises all over her body. So yes, Edward is a trying to be a good guy - yet, all girls reading the book need to realize that these things are not okay for regular relationships and that this is just a book. Be smart when you read.

I have to admitt that I was surprised to see the New Moon movie companion book on the list for Crossings. I happen to have read all 4 books, watched Twilight, have the shirt, and have my movie ticket for New Moon, so I'm a fan to say the least. I'm a new member that really is not interested in non christian material when searching Crossings for a new book. Let me say this tho, there is nothing wrong with the Twilight series. My mom has read them. I'm 42 and she's a little older. Thanks for reading.

Absolutely love this series! I read that comment by Marylin D. -lol that was too funny...1) It's called fiction. 2) Don't buy it, don't read it...simple. 3) Guess you didn't know the genre of paranormal existed lol....Then again, there are narrow minded idiots like you everywhere.

Marilyn D. could not have read the books. There is not an ounce of filth in them. If love is filthy then I have no ideal how your husband got past your chastity belt in order to give you two children. There is NO SEX until after they are married lady. The character Edward is very old fashioned with very high morals.
