I actually bought this for a friend and they were so happy with it. It gives a pretty comprehensive history of marvel and the illustrations and the background info is superb.

This book is in a very nice box, includes a lithograph and is full of great Marvel art.
As mentioned in another review the cover is die cut in the shape of an "M."
Good item as a gift to a comic collector.

i bought the book for my little brother (10yrs old) and i looked at the book before i gave it to him for christmas. The book is wonderful, very colorful, the art is beautiful and he absolutly loves it!
