1st, if you haven't read the beginning of this series you are doing yourself a disservice. Reading the 1st book through the 11th book will give you some background as to who the characters are. You absolutely need to read the 11th book to understand what is happening to Savannah, because it takes off right where it left off in "Waking the Witch". To really get the whole picture of who Savannah is as a person and why the whole scenario is happening reading 1-11 will guarantee your satisfaction. She grows up in the first ten books and you will be SO very excited when you get to book 11. The whole Other-World series starting with "Bitten" is AWESOME! I will say that you will be sad when you get to the last book ("Thirteen"), but what a ride it is. I have bought every single book about the Other-World characters. If you have read the first 11 books then you all ready know how excited you are and let me say it is all that you are hoping it will be. I was totally shocked at who Savannah becomes and ends up with. I think that you will be too. Have FUN!

Savannah's personality alone makes you want to keep reading. She's a good read. Can't wait 'til the next book featuring her comes out...
