It's a great series, and we SFBC folks got a very nice deal as the general public has to buy each of the volumes separately.

Longtime Patty Briggs fan here, and if she keeps writing books like "Fair Game" I'll continue to be a big fan! Once I reached a certain point in the story, I couldn't put the book down and spent the majority of a free evening on my couch reading the rest of the story. The ending is superb; so well written that it gave me goosebumps, a pounding heart and a few tearful sniffles. Those who've read it will know what I mean! I think that the last several pages of "Fair Game" is probably the best scene that Briggs has written yet. I'm glad that this entry in Anna and Charles' story brings the timeline up to the same place as the Mercy series. My only gripe is that now I have to wait upwards of a year to get my ink-stained fingers on the next one!

I highly recommend this book to the fans of the Mercy series. It fleshes out the characters of the backstory in a highly entertaining manner. Great story line!

I highly recomend any of her books so far. This was great had a hard time putting it down so I could go to bed as it was it was two in the morning. Enjoy I did.
